Developing user-centric solutions that help end users achieve their goals more efficiently and effectively. My focus is on identifying the needs, pain-points and perceptions of users and stakeholders. From there, then iteratively design and validate ideas on both creative and structured methods. Because of my diverse front-end knowledge and experience, I am able to assess the feasibility and timeframe of ideas within frameworks and work well with the development team.
